Ndima 1
Kanyuchi keuchi unobhururuka mupani,
Busy little bee, you fly across the meadow,
Uchitsvaga maruva akapfavira muzuva.
Seeking tender petals warmed by the golden sun.
Zve-e-e! Zve-e-e! Inzwi rako rinofadza,
Bzzz! Bzzz! Your cheerful buzz fills the morning,
Hauna nungo, unoshanda mangwanani ose!
Free from laziness, working diligently every dawn!
Ndima 2
Unotora muto unonaka pamaruva ose,
You gather sweet nectar from every blooming flower,
Wouendesa kumukoko mudendere romuti.
Carrying it back to the hive tucked in the tree hollow.
Uchi hwako hunotapira kudarika shuga,
Your pure golden honey is sweeter than cane sugar,
Munhu wose mumusha anofara nekudya!
Bringing smiles and delight to every home in the village!
